Providence is a dynamic place, rich in cultural diversity, and in the midst of exciting municipal reform. The City enjoys a wealth of assets, from the health and strength of its higher education institutions, to the vibrant diversity of its people, and strength of its youth leaders, to the quality and vitality of its arts community. PASA, as a citywide after -school alliance that is embraced by City departments, and private non-profit after-school leaders and innovators seeks to mobilize volunteers, parents and funders in support of after school programs. It's the combined efforts of these groups that will expand the wide range of fun and dynamic enrichment opportunities that attract families to Providence and inspire the City's youth to grow to their fullest potential.

PASA partners with community leaders in a variety of ways. Community leaders can include youth, families, residents, and community-based groups and organizations. The contributions and efforts made by these parties are essential to the capacity-building efforts of PASA.
