Dear PASA Community Members and Supporters,
For the past 10 years, PASA has been working in Providence’s middle and high schools to bring high-quality, hands-on learning to students of all backgrounds. With over 70 community partners in the city, we’ve served 10,000 youth, who have sailed the Bay, built solar-powered go-carts, and won debate championships. Most importantly, they’ve become better students by being able to make a choice about where their learning will take them. We hope you’ll join us to celebrate their achievements as we look forward to another 10 years of service in Providence!

Executive Director

Baird will be joined in conversation by The Wallace Foundation’s Nancy Devine and PASA’s own Hillary Salmons. They will participate in a panel discusion with some of PASA’s youth alumni on how adolescent brain development impacts educational success. Register for this event here.
We hope you’ll join us as we look forward to another 10 years of service in Providence!
In Their Own Words for PASA’s 10th Birthday: Our Alums & Partners
Thanks to the support of people like you, over the past ten years PASA has been able to provide life-changing after school and expanded learning programs for 10,000 young people. It’s a big milestone and we thought we’d connect with some of our student alumni & key partners to get their thoughts on why afterschool is personally and educationally critical.
We’ll continue releasing these twice per month, along with stories about each person, leading up to the Birthday Bash, so be sure to check our YouTube and Facebook pages regularly!
