PASA's Board of Directors is chaired by Mayor Angel Taveras with the support of vice-chair Toots Zynsky, who lead an active board group consisting of dynamic Providence community leaders. PASA's board meets five times a year with regular committee meetings to conduct work in the following areas: finance, development, governance, and future planning.
