On March 23, a team of dignitaries from Albany, NY, including Mayor Gerald Jennings, his superintendent, and police chief, arrived in Providence. They had come to see firsthand the work of PASA, the city, and the community in building an after-school system, and to learn how to replicate this collaborative effort in their own city.
