The Wallace Foundation, a major supporter of the city of Providence and the Providence After School Alliance, has just published a report entitled, Opportunity in Hard Times: Building Out-of-School Time Learning Systems that Last. This report is the result of a national conference held last February that brought together 108 out-of-school time system coordinators, funders, researchers and others, and, as such, is a valuable resource.
